Mint Guarantee
We guarantee that any product we ship is in the condition stated. All products on our website are in Mint condition UNLESS stated otherwise. If you purchase an item that is in mint condition, we guarantee you will receive a mint condition product or your money back.
Shipping damage is a reality of life and sometimes does occur. In instances where your package was damaged during shipment, please email us photos of the box, packaging and product so we can proceed in processing a refund/exchange. We can NOT guarantee a refund on international orders, or packages going to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam or other outlying US territories, however we will try our best to process a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Small imperfection to the corners of Funko POP! boxes fall outside of the Mint Guarantee. Examples may include minor fraying and imperfections in the factory folding, these are out of our control and come with almost any Funko POP!
Bulk Buyer Exclusions:
Purchasing of 6 or more of the same SKU (same exact item) is considered bulk buying. Bulk buying falls outside the Mint Guarantee. Bulk buying is considered wholesale purchasing, if any damage occurs to your order, please contact us and we will open a request with the manufacturer. Funko POP! Exclusives and Special Edition items do not have box replacements even if damaged, Funko does not offer them.
Packaging Conditions:
Mint - No flaws, no scratches, completely flawless condition. (Factory flaws to any figures inside the packaging, that are in unopened boxes fall outside the Mint Guarantee as we have no control over such flaws)
Near Mint - No major flaws to the box, possible small rips or creases are visible under close examination. Box is in 9+/10 condition.
Light Damage (LD) - There will be slight visible damage, but the condition remains in 8+/10 condition. Possible creases or folds.
Damaged (D) - There may be rips, tears or creases in the box. Possible holes. No damage to the figure
New Product Box Condition: All products are sold in NEW condition and are therefore flawless unless otherwise noted. See Defective Items and Shipping Damage below for clarifications.
Products Shrink Wrapped by The Manufacturer: Shrink wrapped items supplied by the manufacturer that contain interior box items that cannot be inspected are exempt from the flawless condition stated above. As an example combined Funko pops and T-Shirt products that are shrink wrapped are exempt from our mint guarantee.
Products Marked as "Toy Rescue" or Damaged in the Listing: Items specifically listed for sale as Damaged Box or "Toy Rescue" merchandise are exempt from the New Condition clause stated above.
Defective Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Images are required and all replacements are subject to our customer service's discretion to determine if the defect is valid under our New Condition clause. Slight manufacturing variations are not able to be replaced based on these variations, including but not limited to minor paint flaws or figure positioning. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as a Defective Item.
Shipping Damage: If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim. Please email support@bacollectibles.com with photographs of the package and damaged contents within 5 days of receipt of your products. Minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes. Damages of any sort to the clear plastic windows to include scuffs, scrapes, and indentations are not considered replaceable damage.
We do NOT guarantee against shipping damage of large items with packaging dimensions greater than 7 inches. as these larger boxes are more prone to gentle wear. (For reference most 4" pop are packaged in regular boxes which are 3.5" x 4.5" x 6.25" roughly.)
We also do NOT guarantee against shipping damage on items shipped outside of the contiguous United States or to Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Alaska (International Shipments). This includes items shipped to a mail forwarder inside the US who then ships your products to you outside of the US.
